4TH MEETING: GUIDE QUESTIONS FOR JOURNAL ENTRIES

Self Evaluation
Do this in your journal.

1. Looking back at the list of your positive characteristics and qualities, what do you feel and realize about it?

I feel,happy, that someone thinks i have good qualities. .
2. The Golden Rule says “Do unto others as you would have others do unto you.”
a. Given the following situations, how would you like to be treated by your teachers and schoolmates:

- when you have given wrong answers to the questions during recitation,

It's fine, I don't care if they laugh or not, that's how they handle things who am I to care?, if their brain tells them they want to laugh so let them do how they want it to be.
- when you are expressing your opinion during class or group discussion;

opinions are opinions, opinions are neutral, only you yourself can change your opinion or belief, so I think they can comment about it, but not legally tell if that's right or wrong,

- when you are giving suggestions during group work or presentation;

Suggestions?, it's up to the chief/leader of the group to accept it or not, I will not feel anything against the leader if he/she don't want to accept it.

- when you commit mistake;

mistake? my answer in the "wrong answer in discussion" is same here.

- when you don’t like doing what they ask you to do

it depends on the situation and consequences, If something will go wrong if I didn't do it, then I'll do it, but if I do it and I know I or anybody else would nor benefit from it, then why will I?

- when they want to give you their comments or suggestions?
I'll listen, of course, whether it's negative or positive it will help a lot .

b. Considering the given ideas on how to treat others with respect, what can you commit to yourself in terms dealing with the MCL community: teachers, students, employees, security, maintenance/janitors and canteen personnel?

Just know your limitation/s. Simple as that.

3RD MEETING: GUIDE QUESTIONS FOR JOURNAL ENTRY

If you will have one outstanding virtue, what would you want it to be? Why?

Preservation

is my answer because I believe that "99% perseverance and 1% talent you can conquer all"

you can learn almost everything if you really have your determination and perseverance on it.. you cannot really get anything you like if you dont feel working for it, I mean that is what life really is.. Exchange, Do some good things and good things will happen.. or let me just say, What you do is what you get,

For example, you want to be a Singer or a performer, but you have a chaotic voice, you will think of improving it.. and how??.. by simply practicing! practice practice practice.. Don't Lose hope but always think that the word "IMPOSSIBLE" do exist.

1st MEETING: GUIDE QUESTIONS FOR JOURNAL ENTRIES

1. In the first few days you've spent in MCL, how would you compare your highschool life to what you envisioned college life to be?

College life is more challenging, you need to be more mature in order to surpass the challenges that you face.. you need to consume your own time in college life. the only thing i hate in college life

is .. there is NO LUNCH!

2. What is the importance of Values Education?

Values?.. we all know that our values are important , it shows our personality and traits.

but the VALUES Education in our situation is very important. It helps us to adjust from High school to College, and of course we are freshmen so.. it also helps us to cope up and gain friends in the campus.

2. Describe your professors. What are traits do you find positive in each one?

well, as of now  I don't have any TERROR professors,

All of them were good, I think they really know what is they're purpose in the campus.

3. Describe your blockmates/section. What do you think are the strengths and weaknesses of your section?

my section is the best.. strenghts?, well we always laugh laugh laugh i dunno but i think we dont deal with things too seriously and that is the Strengt and Weakness of my section
